Lester Park Hockey Point System Information

Lester Park Hockey Association could not survive without the volunteer work done by the families of the skaters. Each year, volunteers are needed to flood the rinks, organize tournaments, work the concessions stand, participate in clean-ups, serve on boards and coach and manage our kids' teams. Your help is desperately needed to keep our registration costs as low as possible and ensure our kids will have a place to skate. As in past years, each family will have to accumulate 100 volunteer points for one child, or 150 points for two or more children. A post-dated deposit check will be required when you register your skaters. If you accumulate all of your points, the deposit check will be returned to you. This year, the board approved an increase in the deposit check to $300 for one child or $500 for two or more children in the program. The Board is presently reviewing the point structure. When the points table is finalized, it will be posted here. Further information will be provided at the pre-season orientation meeting.
